Dymax UV-Flo is a quick connect in-line UV steriliser that is designed to easily attach along any water hose including canister filter, overhead filter and even along a return pump hose from a sump filter. This product helps purify water by removing chemicals, eliminates algae in water, eradicates suspected bacteria that could contribute to cloudy water, green water and diseases, respectively. The UV-Flo is also beneficial for planted aquariums not just for algae prevention but, to prevent the growth of Cyanobacteria that often smothers and destroys aquatic plants. Besides having multiple contributions for water purification the 5W UV-Flo has a unique condensed design that redirects water to flow through and around the bulb to maximise contact time for optimum water clarification.
